Arrest of Juxhin Drazhi

The State Police has provided information regarding the arrest of Juxhin Drazi in Spain. Drazhi was handcuffed on the premises of a luxury villa during an operation organized by the Spanish police.

He is considered part of a structured criminal group and is accused of narcotics trafficking, among other things. Drazhi is expected to be extradited to Tirana, where he will face justice.

State Police notification:

The international police operation coded "The Wanted" continues, for the capture and extradition of citizens declared internationally wanted.

The timely exchange of information between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Madrid puts a citizen wanted for criminal activity in the field of narcotics in handcuffs.

As a result of the very close cooperation of Interpol Tirana with Interpol Madrid and the Spanish police, as part of the international coded police operation "The Wanted", the arrest was made in Spain, with the aim of extradition to our country, of the Albanian citizen JD, 34 years old.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, Tirana, in April 2025, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotics", committed in the special form of cooperation, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization".

Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Interpol Madrid/Spain, continues the cooperation for the finalization of the extradition of this citizen to our country.
