In the session for the Fier incinerator that has opened in the court of Special Appeal, the judicial body has decided to repeat the review in the Appeal.

The decision was given by the Appeal after the request of SPAK and on the eve of hearing the defense of the accused. The judicial body referred you to article 427/4 of the criminal procedure code.

In the next session in the Special Appeal, several witnesses and the defendant Arjola Kodra will be questioned.
