SPAK has demanded 1 year and 6 months in prison for the former mayor of Kuka, Granit Gjana , for "violation of equality in tenders" in two cases.
Due to the shortened trial, Gjana benefits from a sentence reduction of 1 year. SPAK requested the conversion of the sentence to 2 years of probation.
