Ilir Meta
The Special Court of Appeal (SCA) has postponed the court session for the replacement of the security measure against Ilir Meta, following the defense's request to exclude Judge Saida Dollani from the case.
According to Meta's lawyer, Judge Dollani has previously judged other similar requests related to the former president, which for them constitutes grounds for conflict of interest and possible bias.
As a result, the panel decided to postpone the hearing until this request is reviewed. The next hearing is scheduled for November 14, at 09:00.
