For the third day in a row, the National Inspectorate of Territory Protection has continued the action for the demolition of premises built without permission at "Prestige Resort" in Malin e Robit in Durrës, owned by businessman Irfan Hysenbelliu.

According to the authorities, this action is a continuation of the "Our Coast" action to demolish illegal constructions on the coast. 

"Hysenbelliu Group" claims that it has these facilities with a permit signed by Prime Minister Edi Rama himself, but according to the authorities, the document released to the media is a conditional permit, which clearly states that the construction permit document will be issued only after the technical-legal documentation is completed and the relevant taxes are paid.

According to the authorities, none of the conditions have been met and today Mr. Irfan Hysenbelliu owes the state and the citizens the return of the occupied surfaces as well as the financial debt from non-payment of taxes.

"Hysenbelliu Grup" claims that "the demolition order was given by Prime Minister Edi Rama as a form of political revenge against the editorial line of Hysenbelliu's media, which for some time has been against the government". 

"Hysenbelliu Grup" has come to the defense of the opposition, as this action of IKMT has started a fierce clash between this company and the Government.
