Vikena Greku, the 18-year-old who lost her life in the serious accident that occurred on Thursday night at Ura e Dajlanit, will be escorted today at noon to her final residence, in the village of Dyshnik, Berat.
The Greek was traveling with 26-year-old Arbër Xhaxhaj from Fier, who was drunk and driving a BMW X5 at high speed on the Tirana-Durrës route.
The vehicle broke through the protective barriers and ended up many meters away, in a flower shop.
As a result of the accident, 18-year-old Greku lost her life, while Xhaxhaj and two pedestrians were slightly injured.
In an extremely serious psychological state, Xhaxhaj arrived in handcuffs at the Durrës Court, where he was informed of the security measures.
