A fatal accident was registered this afternoon on the Gjirokastër-Çajup road axis.
Official sources inform that citizen FM, 62 years old, resident of the village of Erind, Gjirokastër, while driving a "Fiat" type vehicle, allegedly lost control over driving the vehicle and went off the road.
He was transported to the Gjirokastra hospital, but unfortunately he died as a result of the injuries he received.
The incident happened around 16:45, in the place called "Erind". The investigative group is at the scene and is working to find out the causes of the accident.
