"485 kg of pure cocaine", concludes the expert report on the drug in

The forensic examination of the sacks of organic manure discovered in the village of Frakull in Fier is completed.

After the examination, the entire amount of drugs of the cocaine type, with a total weight of 485 kg, was found.

Citizens Viktor Červanaku, former head of Frakull municipality, Enxhi Ferhati, Klajdi Vrioni, Redion Meshi, Bledar Matoshi and Julian Malaj are behind bars for the discovered drugs.

Cocaine sent from Colombia was found in the house of Cervanak, who was acting director of the OST administration.

The cocaine had started its journey from Colombia and was stationed in his apartment in the village of Frakull e Madhe in Fier, which would soon be transformed into a cocaine processing laboratory, as the Colombian "chemists" would "land" there, to perform its extraction.

The plan to transport cocaine through fertilizer bags began to be hatched in January 2022, when Viktor Červanaku's brother, Zenel Červanaku, registered a business in his name, with the main activity of import-export and wholesale and retail trading of chemical fertilizers such as and various goods, including dried, exotic fruits, up to decorative trees.

This was in order to camouflage the shipment of cocaine, which five months later would leave from South America in the direction of Albania, where it is said that Zenel Çervanaku, known as NELI, ordered the shipment, which left Colombia in May. More specifically from the port of Buenaventura.

The journey first stopped at the port of Piraeus in Greece, where it stayed for only 3 days, to then take the direction to the port of Bar or otherwise Tivar in Montenegro, the last stop, before the cargo arrived in Albania.

But while everything seemed to be going perfectly with the cargo that had already stopped at the Port of Tivar, it did not seem to be the case for the chief customs officer of the Montenegrin cargo port, who, apparently not convinced by the weight of the goods, asked for a verification second of bags with chemical fertilizer.
