40-year-old Dionis Myrtollari from the village of Porodinë in Korça has reacted after his neighbor, Ativie Qazimllari, accused him that 4 months ago, he sexually harassed her son with a different ability.

In a statement to the media, Myrtollari stated that he does not accept any accusation made by the boy's mother, while saying that the police should investigate everything. The 40-year-old further added that if something like this is proven, he should be hanged in the middle of the village.

"I do not accept any of the accusations, my neighbors have mental problems, I am ready for the police to come and investigate everything. If even the smallest thing is proven, you can hang me in the middle of the village. My image has been damaged, I am the father of three children who are afraid to leave the house because that family hits them with stones. Shame on the police who do not take measures and damage the image of a simple person like me", he said.

The residents of the village came to his defense and expressed in protest:  "Dionisi is a good boy, he is not a problem at all and he has not done any of the things that the family says. That family is broken and mentally challenged. We ask that the event be clarified, for this reason we are all here in support of Dionis" - they say.
