After the end of the 100-day period, the General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, has signed 25 appointments among the leaders of the blue uniforms.

It is about the heads of district directorates, or even the internal police directorates. Sokol Bizhga has been appointed Deputy General Director of the Police, Tonin Vocaj as the head of the Tirana Police, or Lorenc Paganika as the head of the Fier Police.

In fulfillment of the priorities set within the 100 days and in the future, as well as for giving new impulses, in order to achieve the best results in the fight against crime in general, economic-financial crimes, cultivation and trafficking of narcotics , as well as crimes against persons and property, after the decisions of the Supreme Council of the Name, the General Director of the State Police has signed a series of changes in the central and local structures of the Police, specifically:

1. Senior Director Tonin Vocaj, until now Deputy General Director of the State Police, receives the rank of "First Director" and is appointed Director of the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police;

2. First Director Sokol Bizhga, until now Director of the Directorate of Operational Movement Forces, in the Department for Public Security, in the DPSSH, receives the rank of "Senior Director" and is appointed Deputy Director General of the State Police;

3. First Director Lorenc Panganika, until now Director of the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, is appointed Director of the Local Police Directorate of Fier;

4. First Director Arben Dashi, until now Director of the Directorate against Crimes against Person and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in DPPSH, is appointed Director of the Local Police Directorate of Kukës;

5. First Director Edmond Sulaj, until now Director of the Kukës Local Police Directorate, is appointed Director of the Directorate against Crimes against Person and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in the DPSH;

6. Drejtues Gentian Ndoi, deri tani Shef i Njësisë “E” – Hetimi i Krimeve Ekonomiko-Financiare, në Drejtorinë Hetimore, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë për Krimet Ekonomike dhe Financiare, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH;

7. Drejtues i Parë Ervin Hodaj, deri tani profesor në Fakultetin e Sigurisë dhe të Hetimit, në Akademinë e Sigurisë, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Shkodër;

8. Drejtues Ermal Muçaj, deri tani Zv/drejtor për Hetimin e Krimeve, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Korçë, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Vlorë;

9. Kryekomisar Gentian Berberi, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Vlorë emërohet Shef i Njësisë “E” – Hetimi i Krimeve Ekonomiko-Financiare, në Drejtorinë Hetimore, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH;

10. Drejtues i Parë Hamdi Fjora, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Shkodër, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë së Forcave Lëvizëse Operacionale, në Departamentin për Sigurinë Publike, në DPPSH;

11. Drejtues i Parë Alfred Çepe, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Fier, emërohet Drejtor i Fakultetit të Hetimit të Krimit, në Akademinë e Sigurisë;

12. Drejtues i Parë Lutfi Minxhozi, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë për Krimet Ekonomike dhe Financiare, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH, emërohet profesor në Fakultetin e Sigurisë dhe të Hetimit, në Akademinë e Sigurisë;

13. Drejtues i Parë Zef Laska, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë së Rendit Publik, në Departamentin për Sigurinë Publike, në DPPSH, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë së Burimeve Njerëzore, në Departamentin për Shërbimet Mbështetëse, në DPPSH;

14. Drejtues Vilma Ibrahimi, deri tani Shefe e Sektorit të Analizës dhe Informacionit, në Drejtorinë e Analizës dhe Informacionit Kriminal, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH, emërohet Drejtore e Drejtorisë së Analizës dhe Informacionit Kriminal, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH;

15. Drejtues Arben Joco, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore të Kufirit dhe Migracionit Shkodër, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore për Kufirin dhe Migracionin, Tiranë;

16. Drejtues Altin Merizaj, deri tani Zv/Drejtor për Hetimin e Krimit të Organizuar dhe Krimeve të Rënda, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore për Kufirin dhe Migracionin, Shkodër;

17. Drejtues Ndue Doçi, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore për Kufirin dhe Migracionin, Durrës, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore për Kufirin dhe Migracionin, Gjirokastër;

18. Kryekomisar Luan Arifaj, deri tani specialist i Sektorit për Krimet Ekonomike, në Drejtorinë për Krimet Ekonomike dhe Financiare, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH, pas fitimit të gradës “Drejtues”, emërohet Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore për Kufirin dhe Migracionin, Durrës;

19. Drejtues Sokol Cana, deri tani Drejtor i Drejtorisë Vendore për Kufirin dhe Migracionin, Gjirokastër, emërohet Zv/drejtor për Hetimin e Krimeve, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Kukës;

20. Kryekomisar Armir Gjikolaj, deri tani Shef i Njësisë "Fast Albania", në Drejtorinë e Forcës së Posaçme Operacionale, në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale, në DPPSH, emërohet Zv/drejtor për Sigurinë dhe Policimin në Komunitet, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Durrës;

21. Kryekomisar Alket Shatro, deri tani Shef i Komisariatit të Policisë Nr.6, Tiranë, emërohet Zv/drejtor për Hetimin e Krimeve, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë;

22. Komisar Ermal Lila, deri tani Zv/drejtor për Hetimin e Krimeve, në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Kukës, emërohet Shef i Komisariatit të Policisë Durrës;

23. Kryekomisar Vilson Bala, deri tani Shef i Komisariatit të Policisë Durrës, emërohet Shef i Komisariatit të Policisë Nr.6, Tiranë;

24. Director Aida Çobo, until now assistant to the Deputy Director General of the State Police, is appointed Head of the Department for Minors and Domestic Violence, in the Directorate against Crimes against Persons and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in the DPPSH;

25. Director Silvana Sulaj, until now Head of the Sector for Minors and Domestic Violence, in the Directorate against Crimes against Person and Property, in the Department of Criminal Police, in DPPSH, is appointed assistant to the Deputy General Director of the State Police;
