The news about the removal of Paraguayan swimmer Luana Alonso from the Olympic village for "inappropriate behavior" caused a lot of discussion.
Although the officials of the Paraguayan mission did not give more details about their decision, contenting themselves with the fact that the presence of the 20-year-old Alonso negatively affects her compatriots, what seems to have "burned" her were the posts on social networks after the end of her race at the Paris Olympics, as on the first day of the games she had finished 6th in the 100 meters and failed to qualify for the semi-finals.
According to the Daily Mail, one of the things that had a negative effect was that Alonso chose to wear her own clothes, instead of those of the Paraguayan delegation.
She had also posted photos on social networks from her walk in Paris and her visits to clothing boutiques and restaurants. Alonso also visited EuroDisney and took various photos.
According to the same information, Alonso in Paris stayed at the Pastel Hotel near the Arc de Triomphe, while he visited the Yves Saint Laurent store on the Champs Elysee, as well as the headquarters of Louis Vuitton.
After the uproar, Alonso reacted through a post on Instagram, where he wrote: I want to make it clear that I have not been fired, nor have I been expelled from anywhere, please do not spread false information .
I don't want to say anything more, but I won't let the lies get to me.
A week ago she announced her retirement from swimming with a post on social networks.
"It's official now! I'm retiring from swimming, thank you all so much for the support! Sorry Paraguay!" wrote, among other things, on Instagram. Alonso maintains a very active profile on Instagram, posting videos and photos both from the pool and from her daily life, where she does not hesitate to show off her sexy body.
