Former national team player, Taulant Xhaka, has surprised with his future after leaving FC Basel, recently introducing himself as a player-coach of the Albanian team Dardania Basel, which is part of the fourth league in Switzerland.

The 34-year-old will coach and play for the team that is managed by Albanian owners in Switzerland.

The news was confirmed by the club itself through a statement on social media, which noted that Xhaka will be accompanied by assistant coach Argjent Trukaj.
