I was lucky enough to work at Milan for 4 years with President Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani. Thanks to them and the players, I had the opportunity to win. Then I went to Juventus where I worked for 8 years. I try to put the players in the conditions to win, but everything starts from the club, which must be a single unit. I am sure that will be the case at Milan. The team is at a very good level, there are valuable players and director Tare is following all situations. The objective is to be in the best shape by the end of August. Then the work begins, the first six months will serve to lay the foundations.

The Livorno coach highly praised sporting director Igli Tare, whom he said is an added value for Milan. He refused to mention the championship title as an objective, adding that they need to become a team as soon as possible.

"It's a club I have a lot of love for. When Tare called me, I felt very excited. Within an hour of talking we decided to start this adventure, which I'm very excited about."
