The decision on the European fate of Juventus, which is in the process of judging for the financial 'Fair Play', is expected to be taken in the middle of July.
The time has been delayed a little. UEFA must decide on Juventus, accused of violating the rules of financial 'Fair Play'. Having received all investigation documents in Italy from the Turin Prosecutor's Office and the Italian Football Federation, European football's governing body is still investigating. The white club risks being out of the European Cups for a year and a fine of several million, according to what 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' writes.
If the exclusion from Europe will be longer, then Juventus will most likely turn to KAS. In this case, the Court of Arbitration for Sport's response would come in early August, before the Conference League play-off draw, scheduled for August 7.
At the end of last year, Juventus signed a 'settlement agreement' with UEFA, which reduced the fine from 23 to 3 million euros on the condition that the established objectives were respected. In the opposite case, there is a bigger fine, up to 23 million and limits for the group of players and the market. If the court then considers the Italian club's violations to be serious, the agreement with UEFA becomes void.
