Milan and Massimiliano Allegri could part ways at the end of the season. According to the editor-in-chief of “Sportitalia”, Michele Cricitiello, the confirmation of the Tuscan coach as coach of the Rossoneri is not so certain.
According to Sportitalia, the news of February does not have the same weight as the news of March and April, because one or two victories are enough for the world to change. However, we are at the lowest point in the relationship between the current Milan and the current Allegri: the coach is said to be unhappy with many things, with the directors, the transfer market of the Rossoneri and the confusion that still reigns at the corporate level, ownership and interlocutors within the club.
Allegri is currently seriously considering his future, starting next season. While previously, Milan's 2026/2027 season without Allegri was unthinkable, today Milan, and especially Allegri, are unhappy with the way things are going.
The coach is focused on achieving a top-four finish, having been called upon to lead the Rossoneri back into the Champions League. But unexpected developments cannot be ruled out.
But today, Massimiliano Allegri is no longer fully convinced that he can continue with Milan unless he receives certain confirmation and certainty, also because his relationship with Ibrahimovic and Furlani, the two main figures at the club, is not as strong as it might have been a few months ago.
