Juventus narrowly won against Verona last night thanks to Moise Kean's goal, neatly served in the area by Locatelli. However, the Veronese left the pitch with their heads held high, playing very well and only an in-form Szczesny prevented an equaliser. However, the one who stole the show was a former great, Alessandro Del Piero, present at the Stadium as a spectator.

Minute 23, free kick for Juventus, Cuadrado took the ball but the thoughts of the white and white fans immediately turned to him, the number 10 par excellence sitting in the stands. Thus, the chants in his honor begin. People would love to go back in time and see their captain take that free kick. But time, as you know, is a tyrant and Cuadrado sent that shot high over the crossbar. Del Piero was present at the Stadium as the head of the Juventus Academy in Los Angeles. He had arrived at the Stadium a few hours ago in a white Fiat 500, with the number 10 on the door, in the company of his son Tobias. As soon as he got out of the car, Alex was available to fans who immediately surrounded him in search of an autograph or selfie.

"THERE IS ONLY ONE CAPTAIN"

"Aleks, when will you come back to us?", was the most frequent question. And in fact, in this difficult historical moment for the club, a figure like that of Pinturicchio would serve a lot. "It is the desire to have Alex Del Piero in the Juventus family. And not only in history - admitted Marocchi after the match in the Sky Sport studios. I hope Elkann takes this step because it is the right direction. Who better than Del Piero to help you avoid mistakes? I think it can help the team to sign certain players. Above all avoid getting 3 in one role and zero in another. I think he can do well."

From this point of view, Matri is less convinced when he commented about Dazn: "It is not certain that a great player turns out to be a great manager". Meanwhile, the fans "petted" him yesterday at the Stadium and their former captain brought luck. Thanks to the 3 points gained, Juventus is currently -4 points from the Champions League zone.
