Juventus have made what is expected to be the last big move of the summer market. The Italian club has secured the signature of Leandro Paredes, bringing the Argentine midfielder from the ranks of PSG.
It was the Parisian club itself that formalized the agreement, wishing the player success in his new adventure. "Leandro Paredes signs with Juventus for the 2022-2023 season, with the loan formula with the right to final purchase. PSG wishes Paredes a good season in his new colors", it was written in the announcement of the Parisians.
Afterwards, it was Juventus who explained that the loan-to-buy formula provided for the purchase to become mandatory if certain sporting objectives were achieved, or at the club's option in any circumstance. In both cases, Juventus had to pay 22.6 million euros to the French club, while up to 3 million euros are the bonuses that are added depending on the fulfillment of certain clauses. However, with the achievement of the objectives and the non-signing of the player, Juventus must pay 2.5 million euros to PSG's coffers.
