The Albanian Football Federation has selected the base camp where the Albanian National Team will be stationed during their stay in Germany for the Euro 2024 finals!

The Communication Department of the AFL informs that the center where the red and black team will stay during the finals of the tournament is called SportCentrum Kaiserau, one of the best complexes in Germany for sports teams near Dortmund.

The training center is specialized for gatherings and preparatory phases of the teams and has rich experience, since the national teams of Germany, Brazil, Spain, Ivory Coast or clubs like FC Bayern Munich have gathered there for preparatory phases or for tournaments in the past. Real Madrid, FC Liverpool, FC Porto, Borussia Dortmund, Schalke 04, Valencia, Athletic Bilbao, Udinese, Legia Warsaw, Borussia Monchengladbach, Verder Bremen, RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt, Wolfsburg, Union Berlin, Fortuna Düsseldorf, Roda Kerkrade, Standard Liege , Los Angeles Galaxy, SC Paderborn, Stuttgart, Hamburger, Bohum, Arminia Bielefeld and Dinamo Dresden.

24 hours before each match, the National team will be transferred to the city where it will be played and after the match will return to the base camp to continue preparations.

It is a sports center of excellence that offers all the right conditions, meeting the requirements of the technical staff. Coach Silvinjo and the AFF staff visited two days ago the locations suggested by UEFA and finally after a persistent work they managed to secure the services of this training center.

Albania's base camp has been selected in a location that is close to 6 of the 10 stadiums that will host the matches of the tournament.

The December 2 draw placed Albania in Group B with Spain, Croatia and Italy. The red and black national team will play the first match against Italy on June 15 at the Dortmund stadium, while on June 19 they will face Croatia at the Hamburg stadium.

The third match of the group will be the one against Spain, which will be played on June 24 at the "Düsseldorf Arena" stadium./AFF
