Inter in trouble, Lautaro injured again

There is no peace at Inter. Captain Lautaro Martinez has been forced to stop again due to injury.

After medical examinations were carried out, the black and blue club announced that the Argentine striker has suffered a muscle strain in his left leg.

This injury is expected to keep the captain out of action for at least two weeks, thus missing the next matches against Como and Cagliari.

The situation remains worrying for coach Chivu, as Martinez will most likely not be ready for the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final. The coaching staff's only hope is for him to return for the clash against Torino at the end of April.

This is a heavy blow for Inter, who are fighting for the championship title, given that Lautaro had just returned from a long injury by immediately scoring two goals against Roma.
