Kristjan Asllani was sent off in his debut match against Besiktas.

For this reason, the Albanian midfielder was absent from the midweek Cup match, but this was not enough for the Turkish Football Federation.

The Disciplinary Committee has decided to impose a harsher measure on Asllan, punishing him with two matches.

"Be?ikta? footballer Kristjan Asllani is sentenced to a two-match suspension in official competitions in accordance with Article 43 of the Disciplinary Regulations for a serious foul against a player of the opposing team in the Be?ikta?-Koniaspor match played on January 31," reads the decision taken today by the Disciplinary Committee.

Thus, Asllani will not play this weekend's match in the championship.
