They hit the opposing goalkeeper, punishment for Inter fans in all transfers until March 23
Italy's Interior Minister, Matteo Piantedosi, has taken a drastic decision by banning all transfers of Inter fans until March 23, 2026.
This sanction came after the serious incident that occurred on Sunday in the match against Cremonese, where a flamethrower thrown by Inter fans hit goalkeeper Emil Audero.
In addition to the travel ban, it has been ordered that tickets for Inter matches not be sold to people residing in the Lombardy region.
According to the official announcement, this measure aims to guarantee public order and prevent other acts that endanger the safety of athletes.
The only exception to this rule will be the Milan-Inter derby on March 8, as the movement of fans is considered controlled within the same city.
Authorities are continuing their investigations to identify all other perpetrators through the cameras at the "Zini" stadium.
