Colturi in Cortina and Xhepa in Milan carry the red and black flag

After the conclusion of the opening ceremony of the "Milano-Cortina 2026" Olympic Games, the parade of participating athletes (92 countries) has begun.

As never before, the athletes' overtaking takes place in two different locations.

Some of the athletes parade to the San Siro stadium, where the opening ceremony is taking place, and some to Cortina, where the competitions are taking place.

This made the parade quite interesting, with two different scenes created.

Albania also made such a double leap forward.

In the legendary Milan stadium, skier Deni Xhepa carried the red and black flag, while in Cortina, skier Lara Colturi, who is also a medal contender, carried the flag.

Colturi was also accompanied by skiers Samire Dauti and Lisa Brunga, as well as the president of the Albanian Ski Federation, Elvis Toci.

It is precisely these 4 athletes who will compete for the red and black colors at this Winter Olympics.
