Eden Hazard fulfilled his dream by moving to Real Madrid after his success at Chelsea, but the adventure at the Bernabéu did not go as expected, due to injuries and a lack of motivation. Hazard confessed to Gazzetta dello Sport: "I had bad luck in Spain, but playing at the Bernabéu was my dream since childhood."
The Belgian also spoke about Sarri's suggestion to follow Cristiano Ronaldo's lifestyle: "I told him I didn't want to. I didn't exaggerate, but I always wanted to be Hazard on and off the pitch. I didn't turn down dinners with friends and if I wanted a drink, I didn't hesitate. Cristiano is Cristiano, I'm Hazard. I just wanted to be myself and play football."
He considers Mourinho the best coach he has worked with: "He is not Italian, but you know him well, Mourinho, an extraordinary communicator."
Hazard also praises Cesc Fàbregas as a potential Chelsea coach: "He is one of the best in the history of midfield and will become a great coach. My dream is to see him on the Chelsea bench, while I am in the stands, enjoying the spectacle."
Also, Hazard does not hesitate to point out the ideal purchase for Real Madrid: "My children are crazy about Yildiz, for me he is an ideal player for Real Madrid."
