Violence in Fushë-Krujë, AFF cancels Iliria - Skënderbeu challenge

The Football Federation announces that the 14th week match, Iliria–Skënderbeu, scheduled to be played today at 1:30 PM at the “Redi Maloku” stadium in Fushë-Krujë, has not taken place due to reported concerns regarding security conditions.

According to preliminary information, upon the arrival of the Skënderbeg team at the stadium, it is learned that there was an incident between the players and staff of the Iliria club, where it is suspected that they were involved in physical confrontations.

Due to these circumstances and the security concerns raised, it has been decided that the match will not be played.

The matter will be reviewed by the AFF legal committees, which will make the final decision regarding this match.
