Armando Cungu, is one of the most famous coaches of the Albanian championship, where he has led teams such as Laçi, Vllaznia, Kukësi, or many years ago and Teuta and Luftëtarin.

Last year, the head of FSHF, Armando Duka entrusted him with the bench of the Albanian U-19 national team. His task is to increase and discover as many Albanian talents, where the most prominent could serve and the national U-21.

However, in the last two gatherings of the U-19 national team, what is noticed is that Armando Cungu has included in the list his son, William Cungu, born on 19.06.2004. The latter plays as a midfielder with the Vllaznia age group.

Of course the coach's son can be talented, but the statistics do not speak of such a thing, he has scored only a few goals in his career and it is not that he has attracted much attention of foreign teams. Cungu has not yet given the reasons why he gathers his son with the national team.

Albania has never lacked talent, either inside the country or abroad, such as in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, England, etc. 

William Cungu's collection by his father Armando Cungu in the U-19 national team, it seems clear there is a conflict of interest. This can have consequences, as many talents can not wait long for the AFF to gather and select other national teams. This has happened many times where Albania has lost its talents, due to the interests of coaches.
