Viola Haxhiademi has joined the list of defendants in the Belinda Balluku case, where members of the Bid Evaluation Committee are also in the focus of the investigation.

As Anila Hoxha reports, Gentian Gjyli, Erald Elezi, Pandeli Carapuli and Igli Tare have also been mentioned in this case.

The investigations are related to suspicions of irregularities in procurement procedures and other issues that are being reviewed by the Special Prosecution Office.

While the Court of Appeal has upheld both seizures of Belinda Balluku's villas, it is continuing to question suspects involved in tenders, whose winners are suspected of being predetermined, violating the equality of tenders.
