Lulzim Basha left the Assembly hall after the majority did not approve two amendments he had presented.

As he was leaving the Assembly, it was MP Flamur Noka who called him a traitor and insolent.

"You are a traitor, you are unfaithful, you are unmarried, you are a mercenary," said Noka.


Meanwhile, Basha had entered the hall an hour before the session started.
