Plenary session begins, the deputies of Reestablishment follow the scenario of
Parliament of Albania

The Deputies of Reestablishment have continued with their efforts to obstruct the works in the Assembly by using loudspeakers since the start of the plenary session at 10:00. 

Despite the fact that a large number of opposition deputies are excluded, the present deputies, Ina Zhpa, Lefter Gështenja, Edi Paloka, have continued with the scenario of chaos.
