Julinda Emiri, the actress who was elected chairwoman of the National Council of the Democratic Party, was one of the protesters in the protests held in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
The Emir also spoke at the podium installed in front of the Prime Minister's Office building, which is controlled by the Coordination Group for Gatherings.
Emiri said during a speech at the protest that what Prime Minister Edi Rama, according to her, started with the occupation of the National Theater's land, he then continued with the Rrjollin and Zvërnec.
"A few days ago, I was told about a boy who had said here, where are the artists that the National Theater is destroying. I am Julinda Emiri, I am an actress, I have started protesting against this government since day one and I will not leave this square until this government resigns. The scene that began with the Theater, with the occupation of public property and the dragging of people, then continued with Astir, with Bregu i Lumit, with the women selling leeks, with Rrjolli and Zvërnec. Rama has not understood that Albanians can be temporarily subjugated, but not eternally. Love for the homeland is above love for one's mother and father," said actress Julinda Emiri in a speech two weeks ago at the protest.
