The former Minister of Justice Nasip Naço, who appeared in SPAK this morning, stated that he was summoned for the CEZ-DIA case.

After leaving SPAK, Nasip Naço himself revealed the position he has taken before the Special Prosecutor's Office.

" I was called to testify in connection with the criminal case related to CEZ DIA. At that time I maintained a correct and legal position, I spoke in letters and not in silence. The fact that at that time due to the abuses this company with the citizens and the interests of the state, I changed the law on electricity by taking out of the system several companies at that time that had almost 20% of the Cez market. It saved the budget about 40 million euros , "said Naço.
