"Klodian Zoto has paid with his own credit card at least in 5 reported cases for stays in 5-star hotels in Europe, Arben Ahmetaj in 2013-2017. This fully confirms the statement of the Democratic Party and the Opposition, which denounced the mega-theft scheme of 430 million euros in time," said Berisha.

Democrats demand the legal responsibility of Arben Ahmetaj, as one of the main signatories of the Elbasan incinerator.

"Arben Ahmetaj is the person, without whose signature, no document of this affair could have any value. It is not a coincidence that Rama's most powerful minister, Tiger of the court, falls in the same car with his Lord, and sleeps in the same luxurious hotel with this person", said Berisha.
