The first moments of tension have already been noted inside the Assembly hall.

It was the MP of the Opportunity Party, Erald Kapri, who got up from his chair and went to the podium to speak, but it was not his turn.

At this moment, the Guard immediately intervened, stopping him.

While the latter continued to stand at the podium, even though his microphone was turned off and he did not have the right to speak.
