Today's plenary session is expected to take place with strong debates between the opposition and the majority after the Oncology scandal where doctors extorted tumor patients and referred them to private clinics.

The Minister of Health will give an 'account' today to the opposition MPs, who have been addressed with two requests for interpellation, one from the DP group and another request from MP Arbi Agalliu from the Basha group.

Also, the second round of voting will be held in the Assembly to fill the vacancies in the KLJ and KLP.

The two candidates sent by the Laws Committee to the Assembly for the KLJ are Erind Merkuri and Albens Tabaku, while for the KLP they are Artan Reci and Bedar Bajri. If the opposition and the majority do not find a consensus to approve the vacancies with 84 votes, the process is repeated with the third round.

The agenda also includes reporting on the 2023 activity of some institutions, such as the CEC, the AMF, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data.
