Prosecutor Klodian Braho, KLP member Erion Fejzulla, and US and EU representatives during a break in the marathon session to select the new head of SPAK.

Journalist Eni Ferhati, who was present this Thursday at KLP to closely follow the process of electing the new head of SPAK, shared an interesting moment during the vote counting, when Klodian Braho emerged as the winner, explaining the reaction of an ambassador.

"What caught my eye was the culminating moment of the vote. I was there when the vote was taken and, coincidentally, the first votes were divided between the two candidates and were: Braho–Xholi, 3 to 3 and it seemed like we were heading towards a runoff, but immediately after the sixth vote was counted, the other votes were for Mr. Braho: 4 to 3, 5 to 3, 6 to 3 – always for Braho. At this moment, when the vote was taken, it was simple arithmetic: one of the ambassadors there, almost stuck out his elbow, signaling to another ambassador that the job was done, the mission was accomplished. I didn't read it, I was an eyewitness there and I saw this episode myself outside the camera's view ," said journalist Ferhati on the show "Noë me Erla Mëhillin".

During the KLP meeting where the new head of SPAK was elected, the European Union Ambassador, Silvio Gonzato, the United States Chargé d'Affaires, Nancy Vanhorn; the United Kingdom Ambassador, Nick Abbott, and the Netherlands Ambassador, Reinout Vos, were present.

Also in the hall were representatives of the diplomatic offices of Italy, France, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Romania.
