Prime Minister Edi Rama has congratulated the new head of SPAK, Klodian Braho .

In a reaction on the "X" network, the head of the executive wishes Braho all the best , while saying that Dumani deserves congratulations for the undeniable achievements of SPAK in the three years he has been at the helm.
