Democratic MP, Flamur Noka , accused today from the Parliament's rostrum Socialist Taulant Balla of involvement in the murder of Ravik Gurrë, Ardian Çapja's lawyer, an event that occurred in March 2019.

"I understand that since the day Ravik Gurra's blood was mentioned in this assembly, he has not had peace. Because it was mentioned in the courtroom, it was mentioned in the wiretaps that Ravik Gurra and his blood will not leave him alone.  The blood of an innocent lawyer killed leaves someone here with you without sleep, this is your matter and the law, but you have distorted the law because you are Maliqi. Flamur Noka: Ignorant in the Albanian dictionary is defined as a person who has no knowledge of a certain issue. The gentleman in question is ignorant in the field of law. This is not an insult.

You didn't hear him address the opposition MPs in a slang manner and this was live in front of all Albanians.
