
Today's plenary session has already begun, and the situation does not seem calm from the first minutes.
During the speech of the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, noises were heard in the hall from the opposition trying to interrupt his speech.
"Let me finish my speech," Peleshi addressed the deputies.
According to the agenda, two interpellations are expected, the draft laws for the 2026 budget and the fiscal package, as well as the election of the People's Advocate, where there are six candidates.
Initially, an interpellation is expected to take place with the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Blendi Gonxhja, requested by Democratic Party MP, Ina Zhupa.
Then, the agenda provides for another interpellation, this time requested by the Mundësia Party MP, Agron Shehaj, with Prime Minister Edi Rama.
