Meanwhile, a statement made recently by Meta himself has raised more doubts about the "Together We Win" coalition and about his relationship with the former prime minister.

Invited to MCN, the former president expressed his willingness to advance his party's project even alone.

Among other things, he emphasized that he is open to cooperation, but only with the Democratic Party of the Assembly of December 11, where Gazment Bardhi and the deputies who supported the latter at that time do not belong.

" The coalition did its best for the abnormal and strained times and circumstances in which it was created. As for the future, the Freedom Party is open to cooperation with the DP of December 11, with any other political force. For us, the fundamental thing is the separation of the state and the restoration of democracy, and this can only happen through the strengthening of the opposition",  said Meta , further repeating the mistakes of the opposition which, according to him, turned it into an extension of the majority for a long time. .

"The first problem of the opposition is that it has been under the leadership of Edi Rama for a long time. All the decisions that have been taken in the past, as it seems clear and I have warned them for coherence, have been in the function of Edi Rama, since the burning of the mandates, since the boycott of the administrative reform, the burning of the mandates that gave Rama the cards for two years to approve the laws ", Meta added .
