The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, says that he will present an amendment to what the deputies say in the parliament.

Apparently, Basha still has a grudge against the head of the PD parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, who accused him from the floor of the Parliament of having bought two floors of a building near the Lake Park in Tirana.

Basha says that only parliament members and people with a psychiatric card are not responsible for what they say.

He adds that he has taken the slander against him to court, but has not found a solution.

The next proposal is about two rudiments, waste of our 33-year-old political system. While the political system has evolved, we are left with some garbage.

The first waste is the determination that the deputy is not responsible for what he says. So, even a child gets attention if he says irresponsible things, but not to the MP. The deputy talks about the hills behind the coast, whatever comes to his mind, he opens his mouth and makes socks, because in the end he is not responsible for what he says. Try taking him to court, I took him to court, the court says he is not responsible for what he says.

Two entities are not responsible today for what they say: the deputies of the Assembly of Albania and people with a psychiatric card. It's not for clapping, it's actually for putting your hands on your head. It is to put the hands on the head. The Assembly Hall has turned into a hall of banalities that exceed any unbridled imagination. The smallest coffee in the most remote village of Albania has dozens of times more dignity than the audio of the Parliament of Albania. Because the deputy is not responsible for what he says. The MP must take responsibility for what he says. This clause should be repealed, everything the MP says should be the basis for the work of the institutions, including the work of the Prosecutor's Office. Any denunciation of the deputy from the Assembly hall will be a source for investigation by the prosecution.

Dhe kjo më sjell tek e fundit, çështja e imunitetit. Kur parlamenti i parë pluralist u krijua, hija e sigurimit të shtetit dhe e policisë politike të Enver Hoxhës dhe Ramiz Alisë vërtitej akoma. Ramizi ishte akoma jo vetëm gjallë, por ishte president, presidenti i parë. Dhe për këtë arsye u vendos imuniteti parlamentar. U bë një ndryshim, u kufizua, por prap ka imunitet. Pse duhet të ketë imunitet deputeti, kur Struktura e Posçme Anti-Korrupsion ndërmerr një hetim ndaj tij apo ndaj saj, pse? Pse një bujk që detyrohet të marrë krentin  për pompën e ujit shkon pa imunitet te prokurori, madje shkon dhe në paraburgim, ku ka ndodhur dhe fatkeqësi siç e dimë, për vepra edhe më pak se kaq, dënohet me aq sa e ka ligji. Kurse një deputet apo ministër akuzohet se ka vjedhur 5, 50 apo 200 milionë euro duhet t’i ç’vishet imuniteti me tam tame e me ceremoni, e ndërkohë ka marrë arratinë dhe e ka marrë vesh e gjithë bota siç rasti i ish-zëvendëskryeministrit të Edi Ramës, pse? Kjo nuk është më një masë për të siguruar veprimtarinë politike të deputetit, kjo është sot burim i pengesave të drejtësisë për të vendosur paraligjit pushtetarët, deputetët, ministrat e korruptuar. Ndaj, imuniteti para ndjekjeve penale nga SPAK-u, duhet të zerohet dhe brenda këtij muaji ky amendament do të paraqitetnga Grupi Parlamentar i Partisë Demokratike  po kështu në Kuvend.
