Last session in the Assembly before the elections, Spiropali's message to the deputies who remained off the list!

The Speaker of the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali , during her speech at the last plenary session before the elections, thanked her fellow MPs for their contribution and activity.

He wished success to those who will run for MPs, while thanking those who remained off the list for their contribution, while emphasizing that they will be missed by the parliamentary committees and the Assembly hall.

Elisa Spiropali's speech:

"Ladies and gentlemen of the House of Representatives,

I would like to thank you all for your cooperation during the period when I had the honor and responsibility to lead the Parliament of Albania.

I appreciate your support, but also your criticisms and objections, as long as they are in accordance with parliamentary, human, and social ethics.

I thank the former Speaker, Ms. Lindita Nikolla, for leading the Assembly with dedication, competence and integrity during the three years of the legislature.

I thank the Deputy Speakers of the Assembly Ermonela Felaj, Bledi Çuçi, Enkelejd Alibeaj and Agron Gjekmarkaj , the chairmen of the parliamentary groups and the permanent, special and investigative committees of the Assembly, for their dedication and cooperation.

I thank all of you for your contribution to the activities of the Parliament of Albania in the service of citizens.

I wish those who will be re-elected in the new legislature success in continuing their parliamentary careers.

To you, dear colleagues who did not wish to continue your parliamentary career, as well as to those of you who will not be able to be re-elected, I sincerely wish you success and continued service to Albania in other duties.

You have served with dedication in the Albanian Parliament and will be missed by the committees and this chamber .
