Electoral reform is in chaos. Even today, there was no meeting of the Commission, as the opposition prevented its development. After the chaos that lasted for several minutes, it was decided that the Commission would not even meet online, as happened in the past.
The socialist co-chairman of this Commission, Damian Gjiknuri, said that the majority is also comfortable with this Electoral Code, but added that the 2 opposition parties are blocking the progress of this important reform, Re-establishment with chaos, while on the other hand, the democratic co-chairman Enkelejd Alibeaj did not didn't show up today either.
"A part of the opposition blocked the entrance, it makes development impossible and they are hindering the progress of the Electoral Reform. I am surprised that the two oppositions are not becoming active and there are only majorities, we are comfortable with this electoral code, but the electoral law is a complete law", said Gjiknuri.
Earlier, the democratic MP Flamur Noka continued with strong accusations against the Prime Minister and the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla.
"See live what the power gang does. Does it happen in a democratic country that the entire parliamentary group is left out of the meeting in order to masturbate inside as in a monist parliament? Edi Rama did it yesterday through that Barbie doll that remote controls it. Look at it today, neither the deputies nor the media allow them. They want to do everything in the dark", said Noka.
Finally, the Electoral Reform commission will meet online on Friday at 10:00.
But the co-chairman of the Special Commission for Electoral Reform, Enkelejd Alibeaj, through a communication in the WhatsApp group of the Commission, has denied that Friday's online meeting is agreed.
According to Alibeaj, for this meeting there is no agreement between the two co-chairs as claimed in the announcement, while he requested that the meeting be held today.
