The former president of SHISH, Fatos Klosi, commented on the political developments in the country in the show "Breaking" on Top News.
During the discussion with the moderator Dafina Hysa, Klosi recommended the opposition to focus on the electoral reform in order to compete on equal terms in the next elections, simultaneously proving if it is capable of winning.
"Investigative commissions are a reason, a reason to clash, so far the investigative commissions have not done anything. In the end, the majority decides whether there will be 1 report or 2 reports, usually there were 2 reports. What they do in the commission, they do in the plenary sessions. There are only two parts. It is the internal situation of the opposition that has led to this situation. The opposition, in this situation, is looking for chickpeas on a skewer. They want to make a spectacle, their work, but now we are 1 year before the elections, let them participate in the electoral reform commission and see if they will do well in the elections", said Klosi.
Regarding the debates on the electoral reform, Klosi said that the Palts are already specialists who have gone through at least 3 or 4 election campaigns, and they know the problem very well. He said he supports the idea of open lists and the vote of immigrants.
"For me, the most important thing would be the open lists, the participation of emigration in the voting, because they are a big part and have contributed. So they would do well in the polls. Technical problems can be viewed. I liked the idea of making the vote equal in the electoral areas. In Kukës it is very low, with 8 thousand votes you cannot become a deputy. In our time, the peasants asked for cows, give us a cow to vote for you. But let them predict, they consider themselves specialists in this work. They have done 3-4 campaigns", declared Klosi.
