Prime Minister Edi Rama says that he does not know the whereabouts of former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, who has been declared wanted by justice for the issue of incinerators. Invited to the show "Opinion", Rama said that he communicated with Ahmetaj for the last time a long time ago. Rama repeated once again that any official involved in corrupt affairs will not have the protection of the government or the SP.

"When did I communicate with Ahmetaj? A long time ago. What I told you I say again. Affairs are not part of the common goal, nor of the work plan, nor of all that effort. It is not the affairs that have cleansed Elbasani, but that thing there. In a joint work, those who want to do one way two jobs, then the ways are separated. Within that great work, there is also a corrupt affair that is being dealt with by a body that we have created precisely for this work" - said Rama, who also spoke about the justice system.

"Am I afraid of SPAK? Why should I be afraid of SPAK? Neither the signer nor the signer should be afraid. The one who betrays those who have given him the power of the firm should be afraid. All people sign, but the signatures that matter are the signatures that get their importance from those who voted for us. As long as you don't betray those who voted for you, you don't use your hand to put aside illegal material goods and make illegal wealth, you have nothing to fear", said Rama .

When asked if he is upset with SPAK for the way it is investigating his men, Rama responded by saying:

"I am the protector and inspirer of SPAK to remove the black water from everything that has received black water unjustly at the expense of the Albanian people".

Regarding the arrested ministers and if he feels political responsibility, Rama said that the responsibility of the government and the party he leads is to create the opportunity for the people to have by their side 'justice that does justice regardless of who is in power'.

"This is the 10th year of work, and we are talking here about former ministers from many years ago and we can talk, if you want, about ministers from the coming year. What I am saying is very important and very surprising in fact how this, which is an extraordinary achievement for the history of this country, that finally in 100 or so years of the Albanian state, the people who are in power, are not unreachable by justice it is now considered as if this is a responsibility.

My responsibility now is the opposite, my responsibility is what I have taken since the first day I hold it and now, political responsibility I am talking about I have no morals at all. Political responsibility is fixed, I, along with others, know how big the SP is, I don't even know how many ministers it has had and has. Our responsibility is to create opportunities for this country so that it does not have its own government, people in power, and there is nothing between them and the people, but to have its own wing, which is justice that does justice regardless of who is in power." said Rama.
