Prime Minister Edi Rama has described the public administration as a key factor for the integration of the country towards the EU.

For Prime Minister Rama, public administration is " our vanguard of the battle " for EU membership and for the implementation of the Albania 2030 vision.

The head of the government compared the public administration to the Albanian national football team, but instead of winning a match, according to the head of the government, the administration will win the future of Albania.

"Albania has never before had the opportunity that it has today and has not managed to be the country where the state is the one that gives all citizens the opportunity to live together in a safe legal order and good governance and enjoy the freedom of competition with the right of merit. Today, Albania has this real, practical, tangible opportunity because the horizon of the final union with the European family is a concrete reality.

What connects this parenthesis to you is that in order to achieve this historic achievement, public administration is the irreplaceable and inalienable key factor. In this way, the speed with which Albania will enter the EU will be determined, but also the quality of democratic life, the functioning of state institutions and guarantees for every individual in this country. This is a fact. A particle of the totality of the extraordinary work that Albania has to do towards the EU depends on everyone.
