The Speakers' Conference has started in the Presidency of the Assembly, where the demands of the opposition for the establishment of two investigative commissions are being discussed.

One of the commissions will investigate concessions in health, which include sterilization and check-up.

Meanwhile, the second will investigate the way of handling the personal data of the citizens, which according to a report to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana by the AMP, is suspected to have flowed from the TIMS system.

The chairman of the Democratic Party Group, Gazment Bardhi, has accused the socialists at the Conference of Chairmen of trying to block the legal initiatives that the opposition wants to undertake.

"If you have claims about the object, let's reformulate it. But you seek to deny the right of the opposition by violating the Constitution of Albania. You are violating every democratic principle, denying the opposition any space. It is the Constitution that guarantees the opposition the rights to investigative commissions", said Bardhi.
