What did Rama and Albin Kurti talk about?

Interstate relations, intergovernmental agreements, infrastructure projects of common interest and new opportunities in this mandate of the two governments are reported to have been the main topics at the meeting of the Prime Ministers of Kosovo and Albania, Albin Kurti and Edi Rama.

In a statement sent by the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, it is reported that Rama congratulated Kurti on his victory in the December 28 elections and on the formation of the Government.

"Prime Minister Kurti expressed his gratitude and the will of the Government he leads to strengthen and expand relations between Kosovo and Albania in the service of citizens and the entire nation.

"Interstate cooperation and agreements so far in the last five years have included the unification of school textbooks, nationwide cultural projects, infrastructure projects, such as the Pristina-Durres railway, facilitating movement in border areas, recognition of diplomas, then cooperation in energy, security, sports, transport, tourism and economic development," the announcement states.

The Kosovo Prime Minister's Office does not mention in any line that there was any talk about the fate of the KLA leaders.

Before meeting with Kurti, Rama also met with President Vjosa Osmani.
