The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, also commented on the visit that Prime Minister Edi Rama is expected to make to the United States of America, within the framework of the establishment of the Peace Board, led by President Donald Trump.

According to Sali Berisha, Albania was invited to the US as a member country, but according to him, this does not mean that Rama is not a thief.

On the contrary, Berisha added, "he will go as a thief and return as a thief."

"Albania goes to Washington as a member of the Board, it's like asking why did it go to the UN? The UN is an international organization, this is also an organization conceived in a similar way to the UN and it will go there. But this does not mean that it becomes less of a thief when it goes, on the contrary, it goes as a thief and returns as a thief and the people expect it ," said Berisha.

Berisha called on all citizens to attend the opposition protest on February 20.

"February 20 will be the day of the great uprising against corruption, against the narco-dictator and the criminal organization and its leader. I invite you to the most powerful peaceful uprising that Albania has known since the overthrow of the statue of Enver Hoxha until today," declared the leader of the DP.
