"You don't have votes, Endrit", the journalist collides with
Endrit Braimllari and Roland Qafoku

The well-known journalist Roland Qafoku told the vice president of the Freedom Party in Tirana, Endrit Braimllari, during a discussion in a television studio, that PD does not have enough votes to win the elections for the municipality of Tirana.

He said that he does not see team spirit in the Democratic Party, reminding him that only a day ago, Belind Kelliçi, who is competing for the Municipality of Tirana, was expelled from the DP parliamentary group.

"In these 32 years, these are the 10th elections, we have seen almost unbelievable leaps, but we have never seen, especially in Tirana, that a candidate has won easily. This is a spirit. I see a lot of spirit in your party, but I don't see any spirit in DP.

With 4 thousand votes and 30 thousand votes in Tirana PD membership, you say Belind Këlliçi will win Tirana. I'm sorry, but the desire and what happens in reality are different things. Erion Veliaj has political and economic power. But on the other hand, it does not create a spirit of opposition. You don't have the votes of the other party, Endri. He was expelled yesterday. You say you have strength", said Qafoku in Euronews.

On the other hand, Braimllari also admitted that the Municipality of Tirana cannot be won only by denunciations.

"You are right, only denunciations in the Municipality of Tirana are not enough. But I believe that the team in Tirana in the coming days will have a team campaign", he declared.
