From Tropoja to Lushnje, 9 candidates withdraw from the PD "Primaries"

Seven candidates have withdrawn from the primaries process in the Democratic Party, resignations that Sali Berisha called opportunities for "freedom of expression".

The candidates who withdrew from the race are Feride Rrahmana in Tropoja, Erjon Iljazi in Lushnje, Dritan Cani in Belsh, Kodhel Çala in Gramsh, Arben Miza in Devoll and Denis Hidri and Ilir Ndreu in Krujë.

The head of the DP branch in Kuçovo, Myslim Haxhiu, has resigned, in protest for the open support, in violation of the instructions, by the DP in the center, in support of Lefter Maliqi.

Even Brikena Koroveshi, the only candidate in front of him, has resigned.
