The head of PL, Ilir Meta , in a press conference was asked about yesterday's statement by the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani .

Meta refused to speak, saying he had no comment on Duman's statement, while adding that he has been under investigation all his life.

Yesterday from Shkodra, the head of SPAK was asked at what stage is the investigation against Ilir Meta. To this question, Dumani said that the matter is under investigation and that he cannot provide information.

" I have no comment on this statement and I know that I have been under investigation all my life. We also know that prosecutors have made personal commitments to deal with Meta. I was, I am and I will be here in front of you. Be sure that there is no force that can undo the PL as a party of great truths", said Meta.

Among other things, Meta also stopped at the blockage that the deputies of "Re-establishment" and the Gazment Bardhi group did to the Electoral Reform Commission, which was then forced to continue with the online meeting.

The head of the PL accused the government of blocking the work while bringing to attention the letter of 47 opposition MPs to Speaker of Parliament Lindita Nikolla yesterday, where their representation in the Electoral Reform Commission is requested.

"It is clear that the work for the reform commission is blocked by Edi Rama and the majority for the reason that the rules of the Assembly make clear the principle of proportionality as the only principle on which the representation of the opposition is supported. 

There are 47 opposition MPs who have submitted a document when they request in the most legitimate way to have the co-chairman, not because they want it that way but because of the principle of proportionality. It is the duty of the majority to respect this principle and to unblock the work of the commission ", said Meta.
